What is KitaManager?
KitaManager is an enterprise-grade REST API and web application designed to streamline the management of kindergarten (Kita) organizations. It provides a comprehensive platform for managing:
- Staff — Employee database with contract management and pay plans
- Children — Enrollment tracking, contract management, and attendance
- Funding — Government funding configuration, calculation, and ISBJ bill comparison
- Budget — Income and expense tracking with budget items
- Statistics — Staffing, financial, occupancy, and demographic reports
- Access Control — Role-based permissions with five roles across organizations
